Our management team

Founded in Y2007, Bucharest, the company offers financial services – mainly controlling/ financial analysis. Starting Nov.07, after a large experience on strategy & controlling activity within different int'l companies in different sectors of industry, it was decided to start supporting local industries and brands at international standards, and the company starts to be led by Lavinia Leu, as Managing Director. Based on the right academic and business education, advanced knowledge and significant practical experience, we offer customer-tailored solutions, our aim being our client needs’ highly satisfaction in terms of bringing a real added value to their business outcome optimization.

Expertise background

Lavinia Leu/ Managing Director

With a statistical academic education background, Lavinia has over 12 years of financial experience, with main expertise in controlling and strategy, within several sectors of activity, such as: manufacturing& distribution, retail, services, telecom, oil& gas and others. In addition, Lavinia has advanced practical experience in IT Applications implementation, such as: SAP-CO, Hyperion-Budgeting& Planning, Activity Based Costing (ABC), TM1.

During her career, the specialization focused also to project management, Lavinia being managed large projects as Project Manager, as for example remodeling of budgeting and planning process in Vodafone Romania (people responsible reorganization, work procedures, templates used) or post merging integration (processes, human resources and IT applications) within Petrom/ Division EPS – Exploration and Production Services (takeover of Petrom Service).

Lavinia’s main objective is to offer support to Romanian industries and brands, including IMMs, by transferring the knowledge acquired during her career within international business environments, for the current and future projects.
